1. Reach Out to Us

Every project starts with you. Once you reach out to SB Home Renovations, one of our team members will connect with you to learn about your vision, goals, and what type of renovation you're interested in. We’ll gather initial details so we can set up your free estimate.

2. Estimate Scheduled With One of the Owners

An appointment will be scheduled with one of our owners, Steve or Brian, to meet with you in person. During this visit, we’ll walk through your space, discuss design ideas, understand your budget, and note any specific requirements. Our goal is to ensure every detail is captured accurately from the start.

3. Estimate Completion

After the visit, our team prepares a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, and projected costs. Because every project is customized, this process typically takes about a week. Once completed, we’ll send the estimate directly to you for review.

4. Contract & Deposit

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a formal contract for your approval. Once signed, SB Home Renovations requires a 25% deposit to secure your place in our schedule and begin preparations for your project.

5. Material Selections

Our selections coordinator will guide you through choosing materials, finishes, and design elements that fit your style and budget. Whether it’s cabinetry, flooring, tile, or paint colors, we’ll help you make confident choices that bring your vision to life.

6. Pre-Construction Meeting

Before work begins, we host a pre-construction meeting that includes you, the owner who prepared your estimate, our general field manager, project manager, and selections coordinator. This meeting ensures everyone is aligned on the plan, timeline, and expectations. We’ll also set your official construction start date during this step.

7. Schedule Sent

Once your start date is confirmed, we’ll send a detailed project schedule outlining the major milestones and expected timeline. Transparency is key, so you’ll always know what to expect and when.

8. Construction Begins

With everything in place, our crew gets to work transforming your space. Throughout the renovation, your project manager will keep you updated on progress, answer any questions, and ensure the work meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

9. Post-Construction Walkthrough

When construction is complete, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough with you. This allows us to review the finished work together, address any final details, and ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new space.

10. Warranty & Followup

Every SB Home Renovations project includes a one-year warranty for your peace of mind. We stand behind our work and are always available should any issues arise after completion.
