How It Works
1. Estimate - Get in Touch!
Once your estimate appointment is scheduled, the first step is out of the way. Steve will meet with you to discuss your project needs/goals, take measurements, then provide your scope of work. Any revisions you would like to make at that time are welcomed!
2. Contract/Deposit
After your scope of work is finalized and you are ready to move forward, we will email your construction contract. This will include all necessary timeline and deposit information for your project.
3. Material Selections
Whether your project requires one or five showroom visits, your design consultant will guide you through the selection process, educate you on available products/options, and help you achieve your desired aesthetic. Material allowance costs are reviewed during this portion of the process.
4. Pre Construction Meeting
Decisions are made and it is time to meet your project manager! We use the Pre Construction meeting to introduce you to your project manager and the project manager to the job. We will also confirm your selections, take final measurements, and answer any questions you may have before construction begins.
5. Construction Begins
All the decisions are made and now it is time for construction to begin! You can expect daily communication with your project manager as well as quality workmanship throughout the construction process. Just sit back and let us upgrade your home!
